I am a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and have always had a passion for helping others reach their full potential. I believe people do not luck into success or wake up great leaders but instead, both are made through consistent, intentional and mindful decisions. The key to success and becoming an influential leader is found in understanding and developing your strengths in order to leverage what makes you unique to maximize your potential.
